By accessing or using Cliste, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including enterprise customers and their authorized employees.
2. Services
Cliste provides AI-powered automation tools for enterprise workflows. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Cliste only for lawful business purposes. You must not use automations to generate spam, circumvent security controls, or violate the rights of others. You are responsible for all activity under your organization's account.
4. Intellectual Property
Cliste's platform, models, and branding are our intellectual property. Your automation workflows, configurations, and business data remain yours.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliste is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. We may suspend access immediately for material violations of these terms.
